If that doesn't help, send me a message with as much detail about your issue as you can manage, and I'll get back to you as soon as possible. If you include a note that you've already checked the help section (provided you have) that will also save us both some time.
(It's also best to add bounce@lotustarot.com to your email address book to make sure my response arrives safely in your inbox and doesn't get blocked or filtered.)

I'm the admin for the Numerology reports - I don't actually write them. So I'm happy to answer any questions about your order but I'm afraid I can't advise you on anything about the report content.
