How often do we stop to enjoy the beauty or serenity of a moment, or slow down enough to enjoy the gentle ebb and flow of the life force? Not often enough … perhaps never?

We all have the ability to exercise self-control, to influence or control our circumstances, to have control of our life.

However crazy or busy your life may seem, you can still find harmony, peace, tranquillity and silence amidst the noise of life. Focus on making the time to be still, time to be silent, time to enjoy tranquillity.
